Lake Washington Waterfront | Mary + Michael
Mary and Michael were married at a Lake Washington Waterfront property with a small number of close family and friends. Mary had a beautiful dress with a pretty blue color to it under layers of a soft champaign. I loved her metal brooch bouquet too! It brought her color scheme of blues, greens, and creams together very nicely. Their ceremony took place on a dock overlooking Lake Washington. Lori from Elegant Affairs hung paper lanterns around the dock and trees. The ceremony was followed by dinner, cakes, toasts, and then fun coversation plus guests were able to enjoy the photo booth. The kids even splashed around in the lake! Brrr. Thank you guys, it was a beautiful super fun wedding and I can’t wait to put your wedding album together!

The Canal Wedding | Lucy + Neal (2/2)
Lucy and Neal had their ceremony and reception at The Canal in Seattle. The ceremony chairs were decorated with parasols and whistles. Their officiant was a good friend, and not just any friend, Neal actually officiated his wedding a couple of years ago! The ceremony got off to an emotional start when Lucy started crying walking down the isle with both of her parents. Once they were pronounced, guests started blowing their whistles and waived handkerchiefs in the air. It was really fun! Their friends really chipped in big time throughout the wedding helping with coordination, making homeade ice cream, and super cute soap favors. The cocktail hour was followed by a delicious Italian dinner, toasts, the photo booth, and a crazy awesome party led by The Dusty 45′s band. Towards the close of the evening they even lit a trumpet on fire! The music was incredible, with both original and hit songs. It was such a great party I stayed until the very last song. Congratulations you guys! And a huge thank you to Stacey who did a super fabulous job coordinating!

Thornewood Castle Wedding | Candice + Christopher (2/2)
After Candice and Christopher’s ceremony in the Secret Garden, cocktail hour, toasts and dinner followed on the castle lawn. Candice created DIY elements from the Save-the-Dates and invitations, all the way down to her hand-sewn garters. The table numbers were designated with little vintage keys and books by Louisa May Alcott and Charles Dickens. Later they tossed the bouquet off of the castle balcony, cut the cake, and guests enjoyed our fun live photo booth — see photos at the end of this post! Finally, the couple led everyone into the grand ballroom for their first dance and the evening party started! It was a dream-come-true beautiful wedding.
