Amy and Josh were married across the sound at the Clearwater Casino and their reception was at the Loft Restaurant in Poulsbo. It was a brilliantly bright sunshiney day with temperatures reaching 100 degress. The day started with Amy and Josh getting ready in separate rooms at the resort. I loved Amy’s bouquet with berries — so cute! Amy’s bridesmaids and mother helped her into her dress and then cooled her off with a small fan. After Josh was ready, he opened a gift watch Amy had sent to him. They had their first look outside and Josh’s face was priceless! At that point we all jumped into a shuttle bus and zipped over to Poulsbo’s waterfront for some pictures with the two of them and their wedding party.
Their Jewish ceremony took place on the water at the Clearwater Casino in front of a gorgeous willow tree. Friends and family were shuttled to Poulsbo for the reception. Upon arriving, Josh’s parent’s surprised everyone with a plane trailing a banner that read “Mazel Tav Amy & Josh” which circled around the Loft restaurant. The rest of the evening was amazing with two very talented dueling pianos keeping the energy high.
